**NEGATIVE REVIEW CHANGED TO POSITIVE REVIEW** My initial review was 2 stars due to the following: This was my first time using this company for a water test. The lab received my test kit on January 15th for a Health Scan (300). The website indicates that results will be ready in 5 business days. It has now been 9 business days and I have still not received my full results. I received partial results only because I reached out to the lab to check on the status, and asked that they send me the results for the tests that have been run. I will not be using this testing facility for future water tests. Update: The manager reached out to me to apologize after reviewing my complaint. He was very professional and they have offered a refund due to the delayed results.

Staff is amazing, had a real estate transaction that hinged on the test results. The mortgage company needed the info by 12, ETR had only received the water the day before. They tested and sent results by 10:30.

Etr Labs came through for me when it counted! After being overcharge by another company that didn't even have the correct certifications, They came out almost immediately took a water sample and got my all my results very fast! Everyone in the front office was a pleasure the deal with including the person who came and took the sample. Anyone i know looking for water testing will be referred to Etr!
