Great sound and the body is well built. My problem is service. I've called a couple of times but no one answers or returns calls. I emailed and no one responded. When I got the guitar a string peg was missing. Another one was broken off with the button stuck in the hole. The battery fell out of its holder and was banging around. I put it back in it's holder but don't know what end goes where. It's so loose in the holder that the electronics won't turn on. (no info came with the guitar)
