If you give 60 day notice it's for them to walk people through your house while you still live there. They REFUSE to cooperate with me for when they schedule potential renters. " we are showing the house and by law we only owe you a 24 hour notice" that is the respect they have for their tenants. I begged for better treatment for them to just to sync with me prior to scheduling while I still live there. The response was "by law we will provide you with a 24 hour notice". Most management companies wait for the tenant to move out. Nope, these guys do it while you are there by force.

The staff is completely disorganized, and unprofessional. There is no systematic aproach to any facet that involves good business practices. They are dishonest and slacking in responsibility. And upon first impression it was noted that the owners are lazy and half caring for any of their tenants and properties.
