Not very customer friendly and delivery time much longer than promised. They promised a delivery time of 3-4 weeks but it actually turned out to be 7 weeks for the countertop, and then another 3-4 weeks for the backsplash! We paid for a delivery and installation package but it's terrible. They delivered the heavy stone countertops and just dropped it in front of the lift (even though they fit in the lift) and refused to help bring it to the apartment. The countertops are very heavy and large so this was extremely unfriendly of them, perhaps even deceitful since they didn't mention this when we ordered - we were promised a home delivery. They also do not deliver and install the counter on the same day, so then you have to wait even longer for the installation. When they install, they do not connect the sink or stove, they only place the countertop on the kitchen and glue it in place. In the end, countertops looked nice but overall they were not very customer friendly, they didn't do what they promised, and I would not recommend them.

Wat een goed en makkelijk bedrijf,super service en bovenal goede kwaliteit mdf werkblad,compliment aan mezelf qua opmeten,dat is wel belangrijk maar zo als eerder in een rewiev,stond 110 euro bezorgkosten maar dat is voor kunstofplaat 60 euro. Kortom een zeer goed bedrijf en service en ook nog goed betaalbaar.
Voor alsnog fijn geholpen, als het werkblad met zo is meer dan dik tevreden

Erg prettig om in de showroom te kijken,leggen geen druk op je gaat er zeer ontspannen aan toe. Veel keuze en een goede informatie geven ze daar. Kortom een aanrader.

Mooi producten met duidelijke voorlichting en nette prijs. Wij zijn goed geholpen door dit bedrijf. Ruim assortiment. Bij bezoek aan showroom goede uitleg over over producten. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is netjes.
