Anne was amazing!!! She looked into my whole plan and told me I was paying to much for the plan I need. She fixed it all and helped me out. It’s rare that you find someone who’s dedicated to the company they work for but still care about their clients! She’s amazing.... there were 5 employees in the store when I walked in tonight..... she handled me.... the phone when it rang .... and greeted the customers when they came in...... her other employees didn’t care ...... she deserves a raise or to move up in the company....

Yesterday my mom and I went to the AT&T store on 322 in Ephrata Pa get a new IPhone. Suzanne G spent 4 hours with us! She made sure we had literally everything we needed! She was kind, patient, thorough, and smiling behind her mask. Thank you so much Suzanne for being so helpful. You’re the best! I highly recommend this location. We are two very satisfied customers.

I have updated my rating, I would have made it a 0 star rating if possible, to reflect the issues we have experienced since the initial rating six months ago. The customer service seemed great, we were set up with AT&T Television and since we had a preexisting Direct TV account it was canceled in the store by Austin and one of his associates helping us. Little did we know it wasn’t actually canceled so we continued to be debited for Direct TV and also began paying for AT&T TV. Once we became aware of the issue we were told by a phone representative with DirectTV service could not be canceled in the store. I was able to get in contact with Austin who assured me it had been canceled and he would work to take care of the issue with his supervisor. This AT&T associate did not only fail to cancel the service, there was no effort made to help with the issue and AT&T did not take accountability for the misinformation, instead the final bill was sent to collections. Unacceptable.

Great experiences at this new AT&T store. I’ve been in twice now and have had the best customer service. First, Julian and Rob helped us order the new iPhone 12 pro max and were very knowledgeable in helping decide which iPhone 12 to get. They made the process very easy and were super friendly. The phone came in super quick and we were back in 3 days to get our phones switched over. This time Kenny and Rob assisted us and made the process of transferring our stuff over super easy and pretty quick! Well Kenny was quicker than Rob, but it wasn’t a competition or anything. Kenny took the time to put our screen protectors on perfectly and gave us a tutorial on the new phone. Thanks so much guys!

Suzanne was amazing to work with. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the product and worked very hard to make sure I got the best deal possible. She took excellent care of me and I’ll be back to upgrade the other lines on my account when the time comes. Thank you so much Suzanne!

My family came in to upgrade two phones and were initially checked in by a staff as we waited service. Unfortunately we weren’t given a timeline by the staff and then we were not helped for about 45 minutes while we waited, even noticing a family come in after us be served before us. Enter Suzanne: professional, energetic, and taking initiative to be sure we were helped. She communicated effectively and saw us helped and on our way in less time than we had been waiting. We noticed she easily was serving 3 or more customers at one time, outshining her peers and saving our experience. We are thankful for her energy and help, and apart from her we may have switched providers out of frustration!

Robert has a Great costumer care abilities! He handled well everything with my needs on upgrading the phone, adding a line and transferring all my information from my old phone .He was able to solve my issues with the new upgrade, and was able to help 3 other consumers with a great attitude and calm while it was time to close the store. I had mostly given up on AT&T stores but after a phone dying on me suddenly I was in need. This store and Robert specifically restored my faith in the brick and mortar experience. They were fast, helpful, and professional getting me a better deal on both a phone and plan than I would probably have figured out on the website.
