I will never rent from them again!! I was charged a 300 fee bcuz they said the car had a pet odor, yet there was never any pets in the car!! One of the worst experiences of my life!! Now I know how they got the name Hertz bcuz it Hurtz your wallet to rent a vehicle from them!

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Julie even saved my husband's cell phone! When we had to extend the rental for an additional week, we got great service and a terrific rate. We will definitely use Hertz again.
