My experience at Mark Martin Motors was one of the most pleasant, and painless vehicle purchases I’ve ever had. Jeremy my salesperson was very helpful, and to the point. He was quick to answer any and all of my questions in a timely manner, as well as have as much of the paperwork prepped via email. To minimize my time at dealership. I would absolutely buy from them again, as well as recommend Mark Martin Motors. It was worth the drive.

I just recently bought a 2017 Ford F150 from Mark Martin Motors. I live about an 1 1/2 hrs from their location. Found the truck on the internet. I gave them a call and spoke to Jordan. He by far is the best salesman I have ever dealt with buying a vehicle. I gave Jordan all of my information over the phone and took the drive down the following day. When I arrived the truck was clean and ready. After viewing and a test drive. We did all the paperwork and in a little over an hour on was on my way home with a new truck. Jordan and everyone else were extremely friendly, not pushing for a sale, answered all questions and was very fair and honest. Location is easy to find and their inventory of vehicles was top notch. I have already recommended them to a handful of people. I myself will go to them again for vehicle. A huge THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT MARK MARTIN MOTORS!!

At Mark Martin Motors my experience was average. Took about 4 hours to complete my purchase. I have experienced much faster purchasing times. I have also experienced slightly longer times to complete the purchase. It was a busy day for Jordan he was working with myself and 2 other customers. Every vehicle I’ve purchased the dealership has filled the gas tank up, at Mark Martin they do not do this. During my initial walk around I found a leak that Mark Martin Motors missed on there multi point inspection. I wanted the truck and drove 3 hours to get it, so having to come back after they fixed the leak would have been difficult. So they offered to let me take it to a local shop, and they would pay to get it fixed. They were only willing to offer 1000 towards the repair or take the truck back. So I had to take a leap of faith, that the repair would cost less then 1000. When I got home I scheduled an appointment to get the truck looked at for the leak. The repairs ended up costing less than 1000, so it all worked out. Also on my drive home I noticed that the passenger speaker was blown. I let the dealership know about it and they also offered to pay for that repair. This was kind of annoying I had to take time off of work to get my truck in the shop, my personal opinion they should not have missed the leak it was a very obvious leak.

The entire experience was pleasant and seamless- and they didn't try to up-sell at closing. I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Mark Martin Motors, and I love my 2019 F 150!
