What a place! Working fireplaces all over. Our suite had a private balcony with chairs to enjoy the view. We had a fireplace, comfortable chairs and a room fridge. The jacuzzi and bubble bath were fantastic!! Room enough for two to enjoy the jacuzzi! We couldn't have picked a better place for our first Anniversary!! We will be back

What a wonderful weekend getaway. The staff was lovely, food was delicious, and the views were incredible. We stayed in the Alpine Suite, which is part of the original A-frame structure. It was spacious and gorgeous, with a fireplace and en suite jacuzzi tub for two. They even provide mineral bubble bath for use in the tub, which not only smells delicious, but makes your skin feel wonderful. I have a gluten allergy and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to enjoy their wonderful breakfasts that guests rave about. When I called to inquire about their ability to accommodate me they assured me that they could. We will definitely be returning!
We stayed in the Alpine suite and it was absolutely lovely! Twin Pines Manor is very COVID safe as they are doing room-servide only breakfast and keeping very limited contact unless needed. The food was excellent, our suite was beautiful, and the large jacuzzi tub was the highlight of the stay.
The Twin Pines Manor is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed here for our honeymoon and we could not have chosen a better spot. The hosts were remarkably friendly and incredibly accommodating. The rooms are cozy and full of amenities. The fireplaces are such a simple addition to the rooms yet make the whole experience special. The level of cleanliness was nothing short of impressive. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway in a secluded, yet accessible, location.
I cannot say enough good things about Twin Pine Manor Bed and Breakfast. The Manor is beautiful! Elegant while having a warm, peaceful atmosphere. The staff were all awesome. They were friendly and attentive without being bothersome. The breakfast was spectacular. I cannot wait to book my next getaway. This will be our go to bed and breakfast in Ephrata.

My boyfriend surprised me with a romantic weekend getaway at Twin Pine Manor to celebrate my birthday. We were both in awe as we arrived on the grounds. The property is breathtaking and unique and the grounds look like something out of a fairytale. We checked in and got a tour of the house, including the common areas and rec room, and our room, which featured heated floors, a gas fireplace, a jacuzzi for two, and outdoor access. The property was immaculate, with COVID-friendly protocols in place. Our breakfast, prepared by Amy, looked and tasted like something from a Michelin-star restaurant. So delicious! We enjoyed playing pool and socializing with guests in the rec room and even utilized the large refrigerator to store some champagne. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps some background music in the other common areas, as it was very quiet and we worried about making any noise when we had dinner in the great room. We will definitely be returning to Twin Pine Manor.
