Highly recommend this location! Ask for Alex as you will not be let down. He was very patient regarding my wife's questions about upgrading her phone and walked her through every step.Hands down the best Verizon store around.

We recently went in to add my girlfriend's phone to my plan and were initially assisted by John, who was extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up upgrading her phone and then went back the next day and ended up upgrading mine as well. We pre-ordered the phones, and when they came in Alex helped us get everything setup. He had some trouble as her phone was having issues transferring everything over, so it took much longer than expected. But Alex was a trooper and made sure he didn't leave until everything was perfect (thanks again!). I am a actually a returning customer, as I have also purchased a previous phone from Derek, and I can't say enough about all three of these guys. Definitely a satisfied customer here.
