Not a great experience all three of our paddle boards sank when you're in the middle of the lake. Honestly don't know how Joe the owner stays in business. But the front desk girl was nice.

We rented 5 Polaris Razr’s from Joe at his new location in St George. Three 100’s and two Turbo’s. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had renting anything. Joe will get my business forever. Here is why. Joe and his crew worked with us like we were his only customers. On the front end, we had mechanical issues and he drove from Provo to St George with parts. The next day he came back to St George with two more machines, of which we rented one of them in the middle of renting 4 to give us 5 total. Things go wrong when renting high end machines. It is the way Joe handles things that makes him great. Brad was equally fantastic. When we settled up, I was impressed with how fair Joe and Brad were at the end of the rental. They were not push overs, they were honest straight forward and genuine. Folks there are several places to rent 4x4 machines in St George. I would go to epic rental first and if you go somewhere else come back to Joe let them work a deal. These guys a great. Ask Joe for my phone number and I will tell you in person. I have been doing research as part of my master's thesis regarding Utah Lake and that requires taking a watercraft out each week to collect samples. I've been renting a waverunner from Joe every week since July and it's been nothing but the best of experiences. He and his staff have bent over backwards to accommodate me and my research. Even when a dumb timing decision by myself put them in a rough spot, Joe was understanding, fair, and patient about the whole situation. You won't find a more accommodating businessman in Utah than Joe! Even after I defend my thesis and no longer need to rent for research, I will absolutely be coming back and renting from him just for fun.

Booked an appointment to rent paddle boards on a Tuesday afternoon in Provo. The voicemail said text this number with details about what you want, so that I did. The person at that number confirmed our date and time for the reservation. We showed up 10 minutes early to the park (we actually hustled from a campsite in Idaho to make it there in time). I texted the person to say we had arrived and received a read receipt. I gave them 20 minutes then called and left a voicemail. Nothing. Called their main number at their other location and they were like “oh sorry we can’t reach him either; you all should just leave”. Never received a text or call back. Bummed because we only had one day in SLC and didn’t end up doing much of anything. Take your business elsewhere! Plenty of options in the area!

Had an awesome experience here. The staff are great, Caiden and the other staff member who helped us out this morning were both super helpful and friendly. As for the equipment, same thing. Great shape, high quality, and super-reasonable prices. For anyone who wants to go out on the lake for a good time, I highly recommend this.

Boat shop is closed and no one answers the phone. Sign says they are open. Voice mail doesn't indicate that the shop is closed either. I guess they think they're on island time or something. Someone had left a note in the door stating that their boat rental was having engine trouble, but they obviously couldn't reach anyone either if they had to jam a note in the front door.

I've had several great experiences with Epic Recreation. I've rented paddle boards and a boat for several days. It is obvious they really care about our experience. They have tons of equipment choices and the staff are super helpful. We loved our experience on the paddle boards and on a separate occasion when we rented the new MB B52 boat they were very flexible with us. It saved our trip to Lake Powell. The boat was clean and super fun. They do a great job keeping their equipment in shape and Joe really cares about your overall experience.
