Charley from Epic Restoration Services was really professional, cleaned up after each repair step and cared about doing a good job for me. Excellent service...would not go anywhere else for restoration work. While I have seen comments before mine about the cost of equipment etc. I can say with 100% certainty that they charge the industry standard for any work done or equipment used. Insurance companies would not use them if they did not do so. I have worked in this field for many years, and can assure you that this company is great! They are very experienced and trained to know how to handle emergencies, including exactly how long to leave dryers and other equipment in order to ensure a proper outcome. I have used them twice for floods, and would use them again in the future, without hesitation, for any emergencies that arise.
