Yard Sale

Very easy to deal with. The coordinator had everything done the day it was scheduled for. They sent an amazing crew that got my job done in one day it's was amazing. My wife and 6 months old baby really appreciated the speed in which the work was done. While still providing top notch quality. Thanks Epic I will recommend you to everyone.

4 stars as i dont mean to affect your rating. However, did wanna point out how your company truck is blocking the back alley which all the garages open into. I did get some exercise while digging my car out, since i had to try and back up as soon as i came out of my garage. Other contractors working here recently parked their bins snug with the garages and parked their trucks in the front. That is the right way. Hope you will coach your representatives. Keeping it light since i dont like to sound like a pain in the butt and understand this wasn't the intention of your crew either. Cheers.

After submitting my insurance claim for some hail damage from last July, Epic was the suggested contractor so I contacted them. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and were able to answer all the questions I had about the work that would be done to my house. All the team members who I spoke to and interacted with were very friendly and clearly communicated all facets of the jobs they were doing, which were: replacing the roof, some siding, some trim on some windows, and the eaves troughs. They went out of their way to contact me about the roof color, when I gave a generic answer, to make sure that it would be to my liking, and even addressed my concern about wanting the downspouts to go directly from one eaves trough to the next, without running down and eroding my roof. I would highly recommend reaching out to and using Epic for any of your roofing and exterior needs.

Epic was prompt, polite and professional for our request for a roof inspection. It turned out that no repair was necessary, but we also asked about a gutter repair. Epic inspected that again in a timely and professional manner, installed a new downspout to handle our problem - job well done! Communication with Epic has been excellent throughout.

Very easy to work with. We had Epic replace all of the hail damaged siding, roof and gutters. Epic was great working with the other trades we had to use for replacing some windows.
