I would highly recommend Mr. Follis. He always returned calls or emails in a timely manner and stayed on top of the insurance company. He is very personable and doesn't use a bunch of legal jargon that is over your head. We are grateful he came recommended to us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
