My wife took the day off work...we were told they would be there in the afternoon. My wife called at 4 PM to check. They said they would not be out until the following day. They said they were busy somewhere else.If you can't make a scheduled appointment ,you have the decency to call all scheduled customers that day and let them know.Lost my business for good.Don't waste your time with Epperson, keep looking and find someone reliable.

Technician, (Zach) was extremely professional and thorough. He checked both of our units and explained the process while he worked. He replaced a weak capacitor in our main unit. Prices were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend this technician and Epperson A/C and Heating.

The 2 guys were very professional. They seemed to go extra to get my washer repaired. Everyone was extremely nice.

Unaware of situation from first call 2014/2015 until second ac/heater problem this month. six yrs of a problem we never knew we had first call was to fix the ac/heater 2014/2015 which they fixed a leak and left. we thought all was fine till this year when the heater went out. I called epperson they came out took 10 minutes looking at outside unit. they came inside said it was the compressor and it would be 3100 to fix. before they left he turned on the emergency switch on the thermostat. after a bout an hour it got even colder in my house and i decided to get a second opinion. I called another company and he spent a good hour looking into the problem. He came in saying at first the same thing that it was the compressor but then he said the unit isnt working right due to no heat strips. he started explaining what these heat strips do in a heat pump system which explained the last 6 yrs of having to use heater and baseboards at the same time. these heat strips should have been detected by the first repair in 2014/2015 which would have saved us a huge amount of money on our electric bill since we were having to use both baseboards and heater unit during winter. As well as the two guys that came out this time and didnt even mention the heat strips. one of the guys even turned on the emergency switch on the thermostat which uses the heat strips and since there were none caused my house to be unbearably cold. Since I am not knowledgeable in regards to ac/heater issues, I have to rely and trust the companies word. I feel like I have been taken advantage of for 6 years by this company and left a fool. And their quote was 1000 dollars more than the other company. Today I received a bill from Epperson and I called them wondering why since I had already spoken to someone there regarding the above issue. The person at Epperson said(not in these exact words) it was not their responsibility to notice the heat strips and I am still responsible for paying the bill of 70 dollars.

The guy was polite, after I received the bill I saw the price was reasonable. I have heat, that's the bottom line. We have used this company before, we knew to call them.
