We had David and his team at Aevum do our recent two story extension. The quality of work was very high, they were neat & tidy, prompt, approachable, efficient and did everything possible to make our extension as good as it could be. We are extremely happy with the work. Alongside this, what was impressive was the work over and above what was expected: to solve any problems that arose during the project, practical ideas around the design which meant the end result worked better and also, since we lived on site throughout most of the project, they were considerate and made our family feel as comfortable as possible in the situation. Very highly recommended!!

The team at Aevum have done an outstanding job converting our loft, they took the time to fully understand our vision and helped us to make decisions to achieve our goal. David and Dean are very knowledgeable and were able to suggest the best options for us. The team were very polite, hardworking and extremely diligent ensuring everything was tidy at the end of each day. Nothing was too much trouble despite us making a few changes and adding additional work on during the project which David and his team were happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend using Aevum for any building work you are considering having done.
Aevum have just completed a building project for me. What a great experience! We received a prompt visit to assess the work followed quickly by a comprehensive and accurate quote. The work was completed bang on schedule, exactly to budget and all to a high standard. I received excellent communication throughout.. We used David and his team for a roofing project in our garage and was very impressed with the results. They turned up on time, worked tirelessly throughout the day to finish the job on-time despite me adding some electric requirements without warning, nothing was too much trouble. I have worked with David Hutton, proprietor, for the last two years. I am the Club Manager at Theydon Bois Golf Club. I engage Aevum in relation to various projects including painting and decoration, plumbing, general maintenance and repairs and construction.
