My dad recently came from a different care provider and I have never seen him so happy. He has settled in so well which has been due to the caring and dedicated staff. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Thank you for caring for my dad

I went to visit my mum this afternoon in the new “ pod “ in the day centre. As I was booked for a window visit and it was pouring with rain I was a bit worried What an amazing visit....the pod was lovely...we had a great visit & it was so nice to see some of the care home staff too . We have missed this interaction Obviously visiting isn’t still as we would like it to be but this genuinely was a good experience Hopefully the relatives testing will roll out soon Great job in very difficult circumstances

My nan has been there just over a year now.she is very happy here.the staff are all fabulous with the residents and treat them all like their own family.it really is like home from home. Couldn’t wish for a better place for my nan to be thankyou to you all

My mum has been in this care home for 2 years and cannot thank the staff enough for making it as easy as possible for us, staff are extremely efficient and always give mum the care that she needs with confidence and a smile, I have made many friends in the home and am never afraid to speak to anyone if I have any questions or queries about mum's care, mum clothes are looked after well and there is lots of entertainment for the residents and carers going on, would highly recommend this care home
