We have had our conservatory just finished. we received excellent builders that were very professional. It took 3 months to finish. The price was very reasonable. they are currently doing my mums conservatory. very happy, ill try to upload some pics

I honestly do not recommend anyone use Bennbrook. By the looks of the reviews, you either have no problems or a whole host of problems. However, since we were asked to change our review on Checkatrade by them I don't think that half the reviews can be trusted. If Bennbrook make a mistake, they refuse to take ownership. They do not respond to emails or calls, and they do not rectify all your issues. Instead of remaining professional and polite, they become rude and threaten you with court action - for mistakes they have made. They forget that you pay 1000's for your windows and are only expecting what you have paid for and were promised. They feel like if you make a complaint you are wrong and that YOU are now costing THEM money for the fact that they have to fix the mistake they made. And even when fixing mistakes (like bringing the wrong threshold for your door) they then make even further mistakes (like bringing the wrong glass in the replacement door) and are rude to you when you complain about it. I would definitely steer clear of this company. The salesmen are lovely, the workmen are amazing, but the people running the company are horrendous people to deal with.
We asked Bennbrook windows for a quote. They said they would send round the company director and at the last minute changed to sending a salesman and asked to change the time of the appointment. He couldn't find our address and was down right rude on the phone when we tried to direct him. When he arrived he was obviously flustered and rushed. He measured the window and told us a price without explaining anything or offering any options. It didn't seem like he knew anything about windows at all. We were so dissapointed at the whole experience and felt uncomfortable having the man in our home. It was as if they didn't want the job!
I do not agree with the previous bad reviews. I have been using them for the last 6 years on 4 properties a number of times. I have recieved all FENSA certificates automatically and have found their installers excellent and very helpfull and proffesional and trustworthy. I have had experience with other double glazing companies and have had major problems and faults with installation , but Bennbrook Windows was so easy and their person that designs the windows and doors does not put pressure on you like the other companies , I found with other companies in the past that you will get hounded with phone calls from their salesmen for the next 10 years like the other companies do once they have your telephone number. In fact I am recommending them to my sister today for another door and noticed the reviews on google and thought this is wrong and decided to tell the truth. Dont listen to the bad reviews they are a false. I couldnt recommend Bennbrook windows enough.
