RECOMMEND HIGHLY - A massive thank you to Tony Game and Chris Marsh at Butler and Stag. Our house was in Epping but we weren't enthused by any of the local agents. We saw that B&S had sold on our road from their Theydon Bois office and had achieved a good price for one of our neighbours, so we invited them round to give us their thoughts on a sale. We could tell straightaway they had the most hunger to sell our house and understood the local market. Due to the pandemic we had some external issues but the team were helpful and offered guidance at every hurdle. Tony and Chris were always free to take a call and give us advice. Thanks again chaps.

I recently contacted Butler and Stag to see if they could help me prepare my property for my new tenants. I first of all spoke to their Senior Negotiator Chris Marsh who very kindly pointed me in the direction of their Property Manager Sarah Chumbley. Sarah has been a pleasure to deal with helping me arrange the cleaning, Inventory and Tenancy Agreement. Sarah is super efficient and everything was done in only a couple of days. I have found Butler and Stag overall a great company to deal with and their prices were very reasonable. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I have just completed on the purchase of my property and I have to say Chris Marsh is a legend! Since showing us the property, he has constantly been in touch and kept us updated with the progress of the purchase during an especially stressful time. He responds straight away and has chased matters up to ensure smooth completion. He has been professional throughout and has made us laugh with some of his voice notes. Could not recommend him any more.
