The staff was very efficient. I was in and out in no time! The provider was thorough and was able to diagnose and treat me immediately. I really felt like I was listened to and I overall had a very positive experience here.

Don’t listen to the other reviews regarding the covid testing. They do just fine. Apparently there’s a few Karen’s who have never had to practice patience their entire lives but I went over when they first opened and waited in line for like 10-15 min then you get registered then they give you an approximate wait time, you should show up 15 or so minutes before this approximate time and they text you when to go in. They are testing hundreds of people a day possibly infected with a nasty virus have some empathy for these workers. Set a half day aside for this that’s just how it is if you don’t like it get over it, if you suspect you have covid you shouldn’t be busy with plans to go do anything anyways. I’m sure if the workers could say one thing to the annoying Karen’s on their reviews whining and moaning it would be shut up and be understanding we are doing our best. Things like this don’t just happen with the snap of a finger. If you doubt me just look at the profile pictures of the people who left one star reviews.... hint (they all look like annoying Karen’s)

Totally disorganized COVID testing. They took our name, said it would be two hours and you would get a text to come in. Well 4 hours later we get a text that our turn is almost here and we sat in the parking lot an additional hour and a half before we were called. When we inquired about the delay they said that the urgent care appointments go ahead of COVID testing which is fine...but you need to explain that to people and not send the texts unless you are almost really ready. People kept coming up to the door, tried to open the door which was locked with no sign explaining that you need to wait at the doors and someone would come out. Needless to say we say about 20 people try the door and leave because the person inside was not paying attention to the door. We could see her through the window playing on her phone. Ugggh. Try somewhere else!!!

Waited 5 hours for service, billed automatically pulled from my debit for a charge that doesn't line up with any of my co-pays, 3 weeks after visit. Wasnt even made aware that I had an outstanding balance with them both at the facility, email, or mail.
