These classes have helped me enormously. I only really went because a friend invited me along to join her and they have made such a positive impact on my life. When I first started it was simply to help calm my mind, but they offer so much more in the way of remaining peaceful, especially at work. Would definitely recommend it!

The class I attend is hosted by Steve. I am always amazed he remembers the names of everyone, especially as I am unable to attend every week. It is a retreat from the noise of everyday life. The teachings are easily followed and Steve's voice is calm and soothing. I don't remember everything because I tend to go into a zone, but just knowing that the aim is a calm and peaceful mind is enough. It is an important part of my week and a place of safety.

A lovely, peaceful place where it was fantastic to think in a different way and try and clear my mind. Not something I would usually have done in the past - but would definitely come back again when solace is needed or after a busy week.
