Great focus on service and quality for Jags and Land Rover cats. Money well spent as the cars always feel fantastic when leaving the garage after a service. Highly recommended.

The owner of this service centre seems to assume that you are doing him a favour by taking your car to him. There's no disputing this garage's expertise however, customer service appears to be non-existant - from the manager at least. Estimates from garages and builders alike are notoriously liable to being below the cost of the final bill but, it's also normal for garages to call the customer if there's going to be a big discrepency to check that they want to go forward with the work. I was presented with a bill for double the amount that I was told I would pay and then, pretty much told that it was my problem for not understanding, 'how long these things take.' The guy didn't see any problem with this at all. In fact, it seemed clear that he thought I was the unreasonable party. He hung up the phone. Must have a very good customer base that he's not worried about alienating.

So far all good. I have an S type R which has been serviced,and had a fuel pressure issue sorted.
