Excellent staff! Really friendly and helpful! They know what they are talking about! Our water was very high in nitrate, these guys helped us all the way, it took around 3 weeks but we got there! I highly recommend these guys, exceptional service! They have a wide range of tropical fish and also have reptiles.
What an experience! Visited with a friend who wanted a reptile - ended up exploring the shop myself. So much stock, so many critters, aqua life, random species and enchanting colours. Think I’ll have to go again, alone to have a proper look. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the lady in here who specialises in reptiles knows her stuff and was more than happy to give information and help.
I never write reviews- so another Star needs to be added! An awesome shop, knowledgeable (expert) staff, helpful and honest. No question too small and made to feel safe in asking. A great addition to Epping. clearly really care for their animals (and who they sell to). Keep up the excellent work.
Staff are friendly and were happy for me to just look around with a toddler who is fascinated by fish... loads of variety of different fish with amazing tanks. Loads of items for all reptiles & animals.
Probably the best aquarium shop within at least a 50 mile radius, specialises in both tropical and seawater aquariums, with a large stock of both marine and tropical fish as well as live coral etc etc...
Fantastic shop. Very friendly and helpful staff who know what they are talking about. My leopard gecko purchased elsewhere was not eating. The advice of the man serving me was brilliant and now my gecko is back eating again! Also, we purchased a gecko from them - he looks very healthy! Very happy. Well done guys will be shopping with you from now on!
This place has everything from marine fish to chameleons. We just got our first marine setup from here, Very impressed with the range and quality of their corals and fish. They went through everything in great depth. The knowledge that the marine staff have is unbelievable and the way they explained water chemistry makes it easy for even me to understand!!!. Cant recommend this place enough.
