I have been well pleased with literally everything about my purchase from this fairly new auctioneer, from their auction photos and their specialist's chat with me on the telephone, to invoicing and payment, to the item itself, which was perfectly described! They are kind, friendly, honest, and get five stars from me!
They take property , sell it and after you ask for your money they gave an invoice for 202,500 for storing it even though they had sold half of it , after deductions they claimed to owe me only 5000 but wouldn"t provide any paperwork. claiming i still owed THEM 196000 !!!! Look them up on Youtube still not been paid a year on.
I got one item from this auction house before, and I really like working with them. They helped me with the packing too. So professional. Communication is very good and fast. I can’t wait to buy again from them.
