For a construction agency its run like a cowboy firm had spoke to Ollie on work in Stratford everything was good in beginning communication was good then found my self on site with unorganized work colleagues had Racial abuse given to me and was told to work in highly unsafe conditions upon bringing this up with the agency OLLIE didn’t care about my well being and I was told “can I go back to site please” and was given more abuse from him with vulgar language if your new in the field or even experienced don’t go with these lot tradies are becoming rarer these days and your well being is the most important these lot don’t care about you I’m working for a better agency right now and look at my time with fairmead as an bad experience I wouldn’t want my fellow tradesman or woman to have to go through

Bunch of scam artists, stay well away! Ended up paying 75 a week just to get paid through their umbrella company MBS. I was told by Martin (my handler) that I could get paid through CIS and the 75 would drop down to 22, then Darren (MD) rang me stating there's going to be no price drop and there was nothing I could do to change it. Finally Martin rang me again stating he could drop the charges down to 20. Just received my pay and was charged the 75 again, for obvious reasons I have now quit. I hope this helps someone to avoid all their drama.

Good Agency but he charge to client.. 22 pound per hour but ..worker he pay 16 pound per hour ....and 6 pound put his on pocket....I am sure why this thing do .all Agency
