I love working with Home Instead in Epping Forest. They are kind, caring and you can tell they go above and beyond for their clients and staff. Truly deserving of their Outstanding rating with the CQC. Victoria and Jennifer lead a superb team and you can tell this just by speaking with them. It's been a privilege to support them in their digital journey.

Working for Home Instead is rewarding, fulfilling and enjoyable; it is rewarding to feel your visit, to a client, has made a small or perhaps a significant difference to their long, lonely or difficult day. Home Instead is efficiently run, both the manager and office staff are careful listeners and respect carers. With a query or when liaising with staff, you can be reassured that action will be taken quickly, whether it be about a client’s health or wellbeing or personal to you; feedback is provided so you know outcomes. There is always someone cheerful at the end of the telephone, although busy, they never fail to give you their time. The manager recognises good practice, attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and when carers have gone that extra mile; these are rewarded in a variety of ways. Rotas are built efficiently, extra hours are often offered if you wish, but you never feel obliged as scheduling staff soon get to know your circumstances and respect your other commitments. Training is regular, updated in line with CQC/GOVT and online learning is encouraged and paid; as a result you feel confident with your role and responsibilities. I can honestly say, at Home Instead, I work for a friendly supportive organisation which has welcomed me into a mindful team; I believe a trusting relationship has been established between us. Thank you, Gill Kemmish

Home Instead has taken a great burden off our shoulders. We have an elderly parent who wants to stay alone in his own home but needs a bit of supervision, regular checks and a bit of help - we live an hour's drive away and can't be there all the time. The daily visits from the carers has improved his life immeasurably, and given us the reassurance we need that someone is seeing him every day and that an problems are spotted quickly. And the careers are lovely - kind, thoughtful, thorough and professional - keeping us in close contact and him healthy and happy. I am so glad we found them

Home Instead have been invaluable in providing a little extra support for my elderly parents. They are very flexible about what they can do, and always sensitive to my parents feelings. I have been impressed with the standard of service and all the carers I have met have been very professional and lovely people.

I have recently joined this Company and are most impressed by the level of care and support they provide not only for their Clients but for their employees. They have recently acquired 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission, and I can see why. The Caregivers are dedicated and reliable, consistent with their Clients requirements. Home Instead definitely make it personal, building relationships with Clients and their loved ones. The training they offer for Caregivers is thorough and intense, so reassuring!

(I don't have a google account so am posting under my sister's ! - I live in Loughton not Mallorca) I have had very good experience with Homeinstead. They were very kind and sensitive when I first asked for help to care for my father who had a diagnosis of dementia but wanted to live in his own home. They have now been providing support for 3-4 years and I find them professional, and caring. We have had issues in that time as you would expect, but they have been very responsive and we have been able to address them to my satisfaction. Over time, the quality of care has improved as they have listened to clients, and (for example) now my dad has 2-3 carers that have been with him for 2 years - this is very important for us. Their support has meant that I can now work almost fulltime. The change in my father has been remarkable as I thought I would lose him a couple of years ago but instead he is now (4 years on) much improved - happy, energetic and enthusiastic about life. This is partly due to the care Homeinstead provide. I would recommend the Epping branch wholeheartedly. Laura

Carers who visited were friendly and supportive but when my mum needed a higher level of care the Company lost interest and never followed up to see how she was doing, despite her being a customer of theirs for over 2 years.
