I had been suffering from a debilitating foot problem for two years. It was excruciatingly painful and greatly affected my job as I am on my feet all day. I went to numerous physic's, doctors, podiatrists etc, all of whom said I had plantar fasciitis, all the remedies they gave me never worked, all the exercises I was doing weren't working, I was despairing, thinking I'd have this problem for life. I was also spending a lot of money on unhelpful treatments. I visited Jayne after moving to Theydon Bois from Surrey. I was so happily surprised when she took the time to go through my history thoroughly and ask me questions that were helpful and eventually lead to her suspecting I had a nerve issue rather than Plantar Fasciitis. After 2 sessions with Jayne, my foot pain has disappeared, and I have not had it return in 4 months! This is incredible. I owe it to her professionalism and knowledge, and that she didn't insist on more sessions than what I needed. I am very grateful and would highly recommend her services.
