It's a shame I couldn't give 0 stars .. DO NOT TRUST Bob Bentley of Jonen shipping who has lied to us intentionally on multiple occasions, and caused incredible financial damage to our UK company. I've been shipping our branded goods for 15 years in multiple countries and have never encountered worse. Consistently missed shipment loadings, grossly incorrect information, not turning up on days when significant 3rd party labour booked (without communication or warning), direct lies and then every excuse you can ever imagine. Incredibly unprofessional behaviour & poor performance and make dodging responsibility an art form. If you're looking for shipping reliability then take heed of this review and AVOID JONEN AT ALL COSTS.

My husband was left in a difficult situation by another company that had given JONEN Shipping a delivery job that they were unable to complete through no fault of their own. The company in question told us that we would have to collect the heavy item ourselves which was impossible. We then called JONEN direct and my husband spoke to Mark. I have to say the help and excellent customer service was superb. He got our situation sorted and the item delivered within hours of our call. We can't thank you enough Mark. You made an extremely stressful situation so much better and got the job done.
