Came to look at my door that the key had broken off in, after I had tried everything I could and done probably a lot more damage. Didn't judge me at all, but instead fixed the lock enough to temporarily lock the door, and within two days replaced all the cylinders at a good price. Best of all, always showed up exactly on time when he said he would. Recommended.
