Does not observe trading laws and fraudulently tries to retain false documents claiming you did not pay for fuel when you are on camera paying and have receipt. The law is clear these documents can only be retained by the petrol station if you leave the forecourt without paying. The law is also clear that if you do not accept certain types of payments this must be clearly displayed. It would not surprise me if the staff hiding in the car wash behind are all payed cash in hand if they run the petrol station itself in violation of trading law.
