I travel here from Enfield every week with my family . Very friendly service, always nice to have a chat with the young lads working in the front . Always fresh never been disappointed. Excellent customer service and excellent fish and chips. Can't wait to eat in again. Thank you guys keep up the great work.

Perfectly nice chippie in prime high street spot. We've used it for twenty years and never been let down. Reduced price for OAPs. The half chicken and chips are very generously proportioned. In non-Covid times you can sit at the Formica tables and watch the world pass the plate glass windows while you eat.
***BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES*** AND AS THEY IGNORE THIS, ARE THEY REALLY TAKING COVID PRECAUTIONS SERIOUSLY.. I explained that I needed a freshly cooked fish because the bacteria that's growing on a fish that's been sitting around causes an allergy in me and when the cashier spoke to the cook the cook gave me a dirty look. I was shocked and the cashier said, 'don't worry about it.' Not an apology, but it did make me think it had been taken seriously. The cashier said for me to wait in the car, and now I know that he did this so he could package up the fish that had been sitting around. I am so shocked that they don't take allergies seriously. And if they don't care about allergies, do they care about covid? I have to doubt it. The profit margin on fish, chips and mushy peas that cost me 9.60 is enormous, so while they clawed back say, 2, they have lost me as a customer. Also, my mum, dad, sister, brother and 2 friends said they will shop elsewhere from now on and they have fish and chips every week. This will also be reported to environmental health. And please, if this happens to you please report it as well, because people have died of allergies, as has been on the news recently.
