Made me buy sellotape to stick label to parcel. Then when I tried to pay she would accept because it was under 5. Avoid as they try and rip off customers.

These are not friendly people, not helpful at all. There are much better newsagents in Epping and I will be using those in future.
Don't use these as a Hermes drop off point, very rude and even swore at me when I left the shop because they wouldn't take my parcel, absolutely disgusting service.
Nice pleasant people. Good to deal with and accommodating when dealing with elderly people. Thanks.
