Its a nice hospital the staff are kind , caring and compassionate. There is free parking 24hrs. Its about 5mins drive to epping train station. And a long walk to the nearest but stop.

My Mum has been in another hospital the last few weeks and it has not been a nice experience at all, she was moved for rehab to Beech Ward and what a change. They are the most amazing kind and caring staff, food is delicious and its spotlessly clean. Hats off to all the staff :) and heartfelt thanks - If I could have given 10 stars I would.

Seamless visit. Appointment at 9.10. Arrive at 9.05 to find the parking is free, touch. Straight in for my appointment on time. Smiles from the staff on the desk, the nurses were so lovely and friendly as was the doctor who made me feel comfortable, even with our faces all covered! Consultation, scan & follow up all completed within 35 minutes. Really efficiently run.

Very helpful. At first I was nervous but they reassured me and they made me feel so comfortable and when explaining things they were so polite and if I wasn't sure they put my mind at ease. Was very happy with the outcome they gave me and advice was brilliant and I couldn't fault them. The staff were so polite and very welcoming

I had an appointment that I was waiting for, for months.. I got a text to confirm a few days before but nobody called.. I then went through the automated system and spoke to 4 different people who passed me on to eventually get cut off. When ringing back the hospital on you MAIN number, either there is no answer or twice they picked up and put the phone back down. I am extremely frustrated and upset as I have been suffering for over a year and between the doctors and specialist I have still not seen anyone. I will be writing to the GMC and CQC regarding this lack of patient care.
