What an absolute jokers of claiming to be bespoke sofa makers. They have no idea about what the word bespoke actually means. Not just putting together a few bits of timber and cloth together. We Called him around to measure up for a sofa and padded wall. The actual product that turned up was a disaster along with the customer service. Do not buy from them you have been warned.......

So happy with Taylor & cook. He’s done 2 padded walls, a sofa, recovered all our garden furniture cushions and now waiting for a chair and pouffe to come back which he has recovered.
We used Taylor & Cook for a new bed and full padded wall, we are really please with the design of the product and the finish, Highly Recommended
Dean visited us and designed a bespoke chair and padded wall arrangement, both are of excellent design and quality
Dean is a very likeable guy..unfortunately i wish i could say the same about his products and customer service. Not what we wanted than despite them trying to compensate they want further monies. Honestly dont use them as the do NOT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT SERVICES OR THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS.A real shame though
