Went there for food after a long Epping forest hike and it did not disappoint! Very nice and professional staff (since the moment we called to make a reservation until we left) and amazing food. We tried both the standard menu as well as the Sunday specials. Highly recommended!

Warm welcome, lovely home cooked food, well worth the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Danielle who appears to be the life and soul of the place and makes everyone feel welcome and valued; remembered my name after one visit and manages to have banter with everyone alongside achiving a very professional and friendly/efficient service. The food is the best around, I can't fault it. Please try this lovely pub if you haven't already, you won't be sorry. Well done Sally, you've done a wonderful job.

We had an excellent Sunday lunch. The food was delicious and lots of it. The staff are friendly and helpful and coping well with all the covid rules. We will definitely be going back

Very nice, the gardens live fence was blocking the roads so it made me feel more relaxed. Prices for a Aspal cider was about 4.70 so prices are normal like any average pub. Clean, cozy and welcoming

Very quaint traditional pub with cosy decor. Only downside is we were standing at the bar and a large family group came in and took over the bar with several kids hanging around up against the bar - all for family friendly pubs but would prefer for them not to be allowed at the bar when there was plenty of seating for them to sit and wait for their drinks.

A great village pub. Warm and friendly staff greet you, with a good range of drinks on offer and a specials board to tempt you. I have been a number of times and tried many dishes. Large plates of well cooked food and presented well. My last visit was on Friday so I opted for the fish and chips, and my lord it was fabulous. Many thanks, I’m the guy who had Plumber on his jumper.

I cannot thank the staff of the Bull enough for the fabulous service and great food we received for my Mum and Dad's 60th wedding anniversary dinner. It was a big party but the food came out together and it was hot! The staff could not do enough for us and made us feel very welcome! Highly recommended xx
