I used to like this place; child friendly and serves great salad options. However, the quality of the ingredients is really poor with rubber chicken, slabs of bacon and soggy lettuce just slapped on a plate. It's really disappointing to go out and to think that you could have done a better job at home! Oh, and my husband had olives with a side of salad served to him. Where's the love, guys?

First visit today. Really nice little cafe with a good range of food. Fresh salads, bagels, rolls, sandwich's and all day breakfasts. Good selection of hot and cold drinks too.

The coffee was burnt, I waited a lot in order to try it but it didn't seem really appealing on the outside. Received our sandwiches which were truly amazing (tried the roast ham and cheese one). The sandwiches are the reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise, we received no cutlery for our plates and the croissant I got was full with moist, cold and definitely not a today's bake. The place is cosy, lovely to visit but be careful on what you choose.

This had to have been the cleanest neatest and most well finished toilet in the entire cafe world. Spotless. Impeccable. Rally good selection of light bites. Friendly girls. Price was about right for Epping. The decaf coffee nearly killed me though -very strong stuff!!

Great deli & cafe in Epping. I stopped here when out for a Sunday cycle, and was really impressed. They do a mean cappuccino, and the cheesecake is delicious! Will definitely be stopping by regularly from now on.

As a local, it pains me to see small businesses like this deliver overpriced, below average food, e.g. their salads are laughable! They should fire whoever is making them or hire a proper chef. That's why small businesses on the high street are dying like houseflies. Regarding the below comment on their choice of music... Well, by the sounds of it, they haven't chosen the most appropriate radio station. They should research the lyrics to the song THIS LOVE by Maroon 5. I certainly won't be coming back unless they do something about their quality of food and music selection. From Wikipedia: The song's lyrics are based on Levine's break-up with an ex-girlfriend. He revealed that the song was written in the "most emotionally trying time" in his life.[1] He has also described the lyrics of this song as being extremely erotic.... has a "sexual charge" with the lyrics, "I tried my best to feed her appetite / To keep her coming every night / So hard to keep her satisfied".
