I phoned in for a simple quote as we are not local to the area and saw their vehicle drive past advertising tree surgery, stump grinding and green disposal. I asked to hire a chipper just so we could mulch down the greens to fit in our van, simple enough request. I didn't even get to ask about the stump removal before being berated and told that they are professionals and don't deal with other people's rubbish which is strange as greens and tree disposal is advertised and we would dispose of it ourselves. Apparently this request was beneath their expertise as was pointed out in a very rude manner. Avoid!!!
