The best floor layers I’ve ever used. Twice they’ve laid immaculate Karndean floors for me. As the quality of work was second to none, I got Abbotsbury to lay fresh carpet on my stairs and in my upstairs bedroom. The carpet was laid today and I’m blown away. Looks sensational and has changed the whole house. The price was competitive and the layers were super friendly and incredibly skilled. I would recommend Rob and Vicky and their team to anybody. The customer service from this company is exceptional! We are delighted we chose to do business with a local family run firm and they looked after us so well. As we were getting major decorating done we requested that our old carpets were lifted and removed, new carpets delivered and then fitted all on 3 different days. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff we met or spoke to ; Keith, Rob, Vicky, Wayne and Tom were professional and so friendly. The fitting was superb and we are really pleased with the finished look. Excellent value too! We have no hesitation in recommending Abbotsbury Carpets highly and will definitely do business with them again. Update to this review - Vicky called a week or so ago to tell me I had overpaid by mistake. Vicky immediately organised a refund. I was so impressed by the honesty and integrity of the company and this has further reinforced my extremely favourable opinion of this local supplier!
