I found this company service excellent. Paul has an encyclopaedic knowledge of ovens and he arrived exactly on time, repaired our oven in record time. Highly recommended for such excellent old fashioned service with a smile which is somewhat rare these days.

I called the company to find out how much a call out would cost due to my oven not turning on. The gentleman on the phone was EXTREMELY helpful, he asked me to give some more details on what has happened and straight away he knew what the issue was. He guided me over the phone on how to fix it and within 60 seconds my oven was working again. He did not charge anything and helped out of his own kindness. Will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family. Shows there are some people who are still willing to be kind and not rip you off. Made my night!!
I haven't used ACE Cooker and Ovens yet. But from the conversation I had with them they are at the top of my list to call next time. Very helpful and straightforward with reasonable pricing.
