My Mum and I recently attended Greenwood's to arrange my Fathers funeral. From the moment we entered the office Suzanne put us at our ease. I expect it sounds strange when I say that it actually was an enjoyable experience. Something that we had both dreaded so much became so much easier. She knew how to read our emotions, and was able to both laugh and cry along with us. She went above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways. She put me in touch with someone who could help with a flag for my Dad's coffin, which brought great comfort to all my family and his ex colleagues. I cannot recommend this undertaker enough, but especially the lovely Suzanne.
