Brought my car in for it's 4 year service and MOT. The service was fast and efficient and they looked after my car wonderfully! Good covid measures (e.g., a one way route and signs saying masks are mandatory) were in place to make the dealership feel safe.

I called to query my cars incorrect service indicator, the man who answered firstly refused to even try to confirm my cars service history (it has fsh since 2017), before telling me I needed a 400 service and possibly more work. He was rude when I challenged him on this, and very sarcastic. Upon visiting a rival nearby skoda dealer, my service indicator was reset, as no work is due until late 2021 as they easily located my info. Based on first impressions, I will never use this dealer to service my car. Not ever.

I've been using Allam's for servicing my Vauxhall for several years and I can say these are the best I've used in Epsom. Their pricing is very competitive and they go the extra with washing and cleaning.

Very disappointing. Routine service & MOT on 6 year old car bought from them. MOT ramp broken in morning, not told till very late that parts needed ordering (ramp not reqired for heater plugs, similar to spark plugs) delay in delivering for two days. I had to chase for info. Wasnt informed when vehicle was eventually ready, constant excuses and a very expensive bill for being inconvenienced for three days, not impressed, shame as they used to be good. Won't be using or recommending them to anyone. Shame because the car is good.
