Changing accountants can be a daunting prospect for a small business owner, especially after a bad experience with current/previous accountants. The team at Azure made the change as painless and efficient as possible and have spent considerable time with me either via email, Whats App or MS Teams talking me through the process and educating me in the use of Xero. I can't speak highly enough of the service I have received so far and wish I had made the change much sooner.
My small letting agency has used Azure for several years now and I have been delighted with the service they provide. John always make himself available to talk to and takes the stress out of my accounts as I know I can trust him to guide me in the right direction. Azure are proactive and especially over the last year have been completely invaluable.
