Our AEG condenser tumble dryer is 7.5 years old so out of warranty, and suddenly stopped rotating but was still blowing hot air. It doesn't get a lot of use, but I'd expect it to have a longer lifespan. Ali came to take a look 3 days after I got in touch, verified what he'd deduced to be the problem based on my explanation and a video I'd sent to him, and a couple of days later he came back to fit the 3 required spare parts. We're hoping this repair keeps the dryer running for a few more years. Professional service, tidy work - thanks.

Ali was extremely professional. He quickly fixed the dishwasher and he also filed a cupboard door to improve the closure of the dishwasher.
