I really like boots. Always have what I need. Well managed with clear signage for queuing and entering the store very pleasant staff.

Good range of stock, but not enough people on the tills and confusing one way stickers on the floor making us question how to get from point to point in the store. Also had trouble with the 3 for 2 offer on Xmas gifts which was very confusing. With some things in and others out of the order despite being marked the same on the stickers.

Does what Boots do. Not huge store but big enough for Epsom. One level, no steps. Perfume, Dispensary, opticians, photoshop etc. Serves as a convenient cut through from Ashley Centre to High St / Market.
