I am not a family member of the care home and have no connections other than I am contracted to clean the windows of the premises. I have never done this before but I would like to let you know how warm and welcoming the carer workers were today. The moment you make contact with the workers you can see straight away they really do care about their residents. All the residents looked extremely happy and engaged. They are a family run business which I think makes it more homely for the residents too. I don't know what else to say other than I was so touched by their presence that I had to write a review.
