Cant thank these guys enough, spoke to Aaron on a Saturday out of his working hours and he spent the time on the phone with me explaining all different options for van security and advising me on what works well with my particular van. I was feeling paranoid as had the van broken into a few days earlier and stressed this to Aaron so he went out of his way to get someone over to me on the Monday at my house which made things so easy for me. Jim fitted all the locks to the rear of my van in no time at all and made an incredibly neat and tidy job of it then went over it all with me and explained how everything works. I will definitely be going back for more works very soon and have already recommended them to two of my friends who I know want the same works carried out. Easy to go with cheaper companies sometimes but to be fair I've got a quality job which is worth every penny and the old saying is true "buy cheap , buy twice" talk soon gents. Thanks again. I have just had a new car radio fitted today. We received really good advice from a very helpful gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble. The radio was fitted within an hour. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jim come out to fit deadlocks on my van, very easy booking process and very friendly, Promptly arrived on time at 8am as arranged and completed the job within the estimated time frame. I did question as on the side door where you put the key in , it was angled as i thought it would be straight, but Jim very politely explained to me because the panel inside the van is not 90 degrees and is angled the lock has to sit flat on it and as the lock is 90 degrees it angles the lock, he also showed me other pictures to explain and was very friendly, once explained i was very happy with the job, and cleaned up after himself

Booked my van in for an armaplate to be fitted to the side door on my Toyota following an attempted break in. Car sounds took a 40 deposit off me over the phone before they would book the van in. Turned up on the day as arranged, 2 hours later I returned, no armaplate fitted. The fitter said one of the bolts sheared off trying to get the door handle off so he refitted the Interior door panel and handle. Said I need a new handle before he could fit the plate. Got a new handle and had it fitted together with an armaplate by someone local as I was unable to get back to Epsom. Called and explained the situation and requested a refund of my 40 as they hadn't carried out the work I requested. I was told I had no chance of a refund as they had attempted to carry out the work all be it unsuccessfully. Person I spoke to on the phone was rude, arrogant and said to me"I certainly won't be refunding you you're money because we done the work. Shameful attitude. Would never use this company again and would strongly advise others likewise. Shame on you car sounds.
