I would like to clarify my previous negative review. I am very happy with my carpet, I am very happy with the fitting. When ordering, we asked about 'carpet creep' and were shown a roll of material intended to prevent this. The week after fitting I visited the store with the intention of buying some of this. A different salesperson told me that they could not sell it to me and even worse, he seemed fairly dismissive of my problem, telling me to try B&Q. Not the end of the world I grant you, but it took the gloss off an otherwise pleasant experience.

Very pleased with our carpets. Specially impressed with fitters, Paul, Paul and Sam. Very quick, professional and tidy. Couldn't believe how speedy and efficient they were! And thanks to Chris, for coming to quote and making it customer friendly!
