It was the estate agent who recommended James Delamere for the survey of a flat I was purchasing in Epsom. I found out later, that James and a colleague from Independent Chartered Surveyors firm had also surveyed my daughter's house a few months earlier and she had been very pleased with the survey. Despite a very busy work schedule, James agreed to survey the flat on a Saturday. On the same day after completing the Survey, he phoned and provided a verbal summary, and a few days later he sent me his report. He was extremely thorough in his investigation and paid special attention to the areas of the flat which I had some concern. I am not new to property transactions but Jame’s report has provided me with a wealth of information that I should use as a template if I need to view any properties in the future. James is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal will and I have no hesitation in recommending him or Independent Chartered Surveyors firm to anyone who needs a survey.

We instructed James to undertake a full building survey on a substantial recently built house. James provided a verbal summary on the day of the survey and the full report was issued promptly, which was very comprehensive. James was available at any time to further discuss the property and I would highly recommend his services.

He also walked me through the survey on-site and patiently explained to me all actual and potential problems, including the limitations of such surveys, and was able to answer all my questions. Afterwards he quickly prepared an extensive and thorough report. I thought the property was in good condition, but apparently I was blind and he made me see :-) He was also very helpful with follow-up questions. The survey was worth much more than its cost.
