Thank you for providing an excellent online service during lockdown. I have had to speak to a doctor several times post surgery and the support has been brilliant. Dr Tooke has been amazing. The ladies at the reception have been so kind and accomadating pre and post surgery as well. Thank you so much.

Staff are all responding really quickly to online enquiries - we have needed several appointments throughout the year with both children having medical conditions - all staff have supported our needs and ensured we have had the help we needed remotely - the online service is brilliant

You can no longer book an appointment over the phone or via the MyGP app. A whole form now has to be completed on the website and you have to wait for someone to get back to you. I'm thankful that I don't need to see someone today or have an urgent problem. If you didn't have access to the internet, felt really unwell yourself or was trying to look after a poorly child/relative I have no idea how this would actually work for you. Really terrible. If I could give the surgery less than one star I would do.
All the 1 star reviews on clearly have no idea on the strain the NHS has at the moment. This doctors surgery go well over and beyond to help everyone. I just would like to say thank you to Dr Deverson For all he has done for me and my family.
