Order was placed 12th August with a delivery date of 7/10 days, this order was acknowledged 2 days later saying it was being processed, they had taken our money on receipt of order. Since the 18th August we have called on a daily basis only to find the phones are not being answered, when at last I did get through I was told delivery would now be October!! I was assured someone would call me back with a reviewed delivery time and here I am on the 4th September still waiting and still no one is answering the phones, responding to emails and there is never anyone available on 'live chat' on their website. all in all very poor and very worrying as they now have our money.
