Do not use this company - please take note of other complaints. Edward Delaney at Ed Paving & Landscapes - is not trust worthy and a result of poor workmanship on a simple patio installation we have not received building control sign off for our refurbished house and cannot insure the property. We provided building control drainage channels all he had to do was lay the patio. He decided to rip everything out and cement in all the drainage channels. This is the basics of patios installation he did not know. Edward Delaney promises to turn up and and then provides excuses that he's high on beer and cocaine and cannot come over or that he is 10mins around the corner and does not show up. He's taken 20K from my elderly father without finishing the job. Items have been stolen from the garden despite asking his workers not to take tools, this has been reported to the police. Edward poured cement in the drains this had to be removed by specialist drain company as sewage was backing up into the house. Cemented over gas and water utility access valves. We have CCTV and voice recordings of all the promises he has made plus outlining the poor quality of work, it's shocking. I'm not the first person he has done this to its a pattern.

I am now initiating legal action against this company. Please do not use them to any service. They are unable to follow instructions. I had to design my own garden. The owner Edward Delaney is unable to design or landscape gardens. This company paved my garden and I paid 14K into a personal account (not a business accoun) and never received a receipt and guarantee of payment. I have tried unsuccessfully to receive both. I am now pursuing legal account and have reported this company to checkatrader.
Thanks to Elijah and his team of hard working guys. My drive looks fab-u-lous, and the job was finished ahead of schedule. I’ll be using ED Paving again to do my back garden patio! Highly recommended.
